THE STORY

After the festival goers left Loxwood Meadows in 2020 we took a moment to rest and gaze at the stars. We are very lucky at loxwood to have very little light pollution  so the stars were particularly sparky, so sparkly that they inspired us to create a sparkling English honey wine. After a really interesting couple of years, through trials and tribulations, the stars aligned and this beautiful drink was created in 2022.

STYLE

Savoury honeycomb, almonds and delicate floral notes. Creamy mousse balanced with  fresh acidity.

SERVE

Chilled in a flute.  Perfect as an aperitif or pair with a creamy pasta or a cheese board.
